Do You Have Air Conditioning
YES! We have AC and there are several fans in the range area for extra air flow!
What is Axe Throwing?
Axe throwing is a sport that has been picking up some momentum for quite some time now. Think darts or bowling, but you’re tossing axes instead. A lot of games can be played with similar rules between the sports and there are professionals who qualify for yearly championships! It’s not in the Olympics YET but maybe soon!
Is Axe Throwing Safe?
YES – axe throwing is safe. Of course, no sport is completely free from risk, but we closely monitor our throwers, teach every single guest who walks through the door how to safely handle an axe before they’re allowed to throw one, and have put many practices in place that you may not even notice to ensure our guest’s safety. If you’re still afraid to throw, any of our coaches can answer any further questions you may have
Will Someone Train Us?
Yes, one of our staff members will be training you and your party members (average 10 to 15 minutes for training) and help host games as needed.
Do they Stay With us for the Whole Session?
Not necessarily, as returning guests may not need the constant assistance that a first-time thrower may require. Your coach will remain nearby to check up on you and give you tips as needed during your session. If you love your coach and want them to hang out with your group the whole time, they would be more than happy to!
What are the Rules?
All sessions will have a safety and training portion before you are allowed to throw. Rules for games will vary but are either explained on the tablet on your range or your coach can explain them for you. Coaches will be available at any time you need them for any reason.
How do I Book a Session?
Either navigate to the Book Now Page for additional info or click the button below. You will then be taken to the booking website so you can view available time slots and reserve your session to your specifications.
Do I Need a Reservation?
No! We are open 7 days a week and will have a coach on site during our stated hours. (See hours below) However, if we are very busy, reservations will take priority, so to ensure that your party can be accommodated at a specific time, we suggest you make a reservation.
What are Your Hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 12pm to 10pm and Sunday we are open 12pm to 7pm. Bookings are available outside of the stated hours but a range minimum cost may be applied. Holiday Hours may be different from the regular stated hours so please check online or contact us for clarification.
How Far in Advance Do I Need a Reservation?
We prefer reservations to be made at least 3 hours in advance, but we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible if planning to come on a weekend.
How Can I See Available Booking Times?

Why Isn't My Groupon Working?
Due to the change in ownership, not all Groupon codes were able to be transferred into our current booking system. We will honor Groupons, but you will likely need to contact us directly to apply them. Please contact us via phone or email and/or click the button below.
What Will My Space Look Like?
If you have an average size group of 2 to 12 throwers, you will have a range with 2 targets for your party that includes a table to place snacks or drinks on. Larger groups may have more ranges or the whole venue depending on their booking, which we will organize with the group’s leader(s) ahead of time.
How Much Does it Cost?
Pricing for a regular session (1 to 12 throwers) is $25 per person before tax but can vary depending on the potential add-ons. Please review all add-ons on the Book Now page or contact us if you have any specific questions. If you have a larger group than 12 throwers, we prefer to speak with you directly so we can plan with you and accommodate your experience to your specifications.
Is There a Minimum or Maximum Group Size?
There is no minimum group size as we encourage guests to join our membership program and come practice every week but our digital targets have many games to play that are more fun in teams or pairs. Our maximum group size can vary depending on what kind of party you’d like to host. Contact us for more information and we can discuss how to best accommodate a large group.
Will my Group Ever get Paired up With People we Don’t Know?
As of right now, all group reservations are private parties where you will have your own range that consists of 2 targets for team games. If you are a single thrower, you may be paired with another single thrower in a range depending on space.
Can I Bring More People Than We Reserved?
Yes, we may have enough space to add additional throwers or spectators to your group. If you know there will be more people in your party than you reserved, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time especially if it brings your group over 12 throwers, which is the limit for one range. You may want to reserve more time for your session also as groups of 6 or larger will take more time to train and have to share the throwing time with the additional throwers.
Do you Have an Age limit?
We allow age 12 years and older to throw, however, we reserve the right to refuse service for anyone not acting mature enough to respect the safety rules.
Does Everyone Need to Sign a Waiver?
Yes, in order to be in the range, all throwers and spectators will need a signed waiver. Minor’s waivers may be signed all in one document by one adult.
Can I Sign a Waiver Ahead of Time?
Yes, your waiver will be valid for one year after signing.
Do you Have Parking?
Yes, there is a parking lot directly in front of our facility.
Is Your Facility Accessible?
Yes, our facility is accessible. Please contact us so we can as your party with directions regarding accessibility or any other accommodations you may require.
Can I Take Pictures?
Yes! Take as make pictures of your party as you like. Tag us on your socials if you do please!
What Should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. If you happen to forget them at home, we have spare Crocs you can borrow. We also suggest you wear something that is comfortable to move around in, especially for your shoulders and arms. Of course, wearing your best flannel to channel your inner Lumberjack/Lumberjill is encouraged!
Can I Bring My Own Axe?
Yes, but we will have to inspect it before you throw.

I Have a Large Group Reservation. When Can I Come in to Set up My Event?
Depending on what time your reservation is at and how large the group is you may need extra time to set up. We will gladly discuss this with you ahead of time, so your event starts on time without a hitch! If you have any further questions, click the button below.
Do You Have a Conference/Party Room I can Rent?
Yes, we have a party room you can rent. Contact us for further information.
Can I Bring my Own Food and Drinks or Have Food Delivered?
Yes, you can bring your own snacks and drinks or have them delivered. Keep in mind that you will be doing an activity with your hands when choosing what to bring and don’t forget the plates/forks/napkins!
Do You Have Food and Drinks Available?
We have an assortment of snacks and drinks on hand for purchase.
Do you have Utensils or a Fridge Available for Storing Food Before Our Session?
We don’t supply utensils for groups so please bring your own, but we may have a few if you’re short a few spoons or cups. If you need to utilize a fridge, please contact us ahead of your scheduled time in order to ensure we have space for what you are intending to bring. We may not be able to accommodate large platters of something but we may have space for a birthday cake.
Can I Rent the Whole Facility?
Yes, we often host buyouts so please contact us for further information regarding your specific party!
Can I Have My Party Catered?
Yes, we will have space for your catering to be placed and easily accessible to your party.
What if We’re Late for Our Reservation?
If you’re going to be late for your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you. So long as your reservation would not delay another reserved party, we will do everything we can to ensure you get your full experience. If you are going to be egregiously late, we may have to reschedule you to a later time slot or date.
How Do I Cancel?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your event and there will be no cancellation fee.
What is Your Refund Policy?
We do not issue refunds, but we can reschedule your experience to any future available time slot. Contact us below if you have any questions about cancellation/refunds.
Do I Have To Wear a Mask/Can I Wear a Mask?
We will be following local and CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Feel free to wear a mask if it does not interfere with your vision.
Can I Tip My Instructor?
Yes, tips are AXE-cepted and AXE-preciated!
How Much Does it Cost?
It is $80 per individual for Hatchet League and $50 for Big Axe League
Is it an Individual or Team Competition?
Both leagues are individual competitions and your records will be recorded through the WATL app. You can access your personal profile on their website.
Who Can Participate?
We have built our League nights around sharing our love for the sport by fostering camaraderie amongst our members. All those ages 21 and up are welcome to join no matter your experience or skill level. Our staff and League members will gladly give you tips to enhance your throwing skills!
Is There a Prize?
Yes, we award the top 3 throwers per league a fabulous trophy commemorating their win and there may also be participation awards distributed throughout the year!
Can I Bring my Own Axe to Compete With?
League members may bring and throw their own axe if it conforms to the guidelines under the WATL League Axe Regulations.
What if I Miss a Night?
No sweat! If you miss a night, you can make up your throws the next week unless it is week 7 because that is the last week of the regular season matches. Week 8 is the tournament so no previous matches will be thrown, only matches in the tournament.
